The shop called me to ensure correct address. They let me know our order was delivered on the porch as no one was home. I appreciated the photo that was sent to me of the arrangement as I wouldn't be able to see them in person. Great experience. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered these flowers for my wife to be delivered on 2/13/21. It was bitter cold outside with single digit temperatures. Neither of us was at home when they attempted to deliver them. The florist contacted my wife to tell her she had a delivery of flowers but they didn't want to leave them outside because of the cold. They asked her how long she was going to be out so they could return to deliver them. After she arrived home, they brought them back to the house. They were not only beautiful flowers but Potted Plant Florist went above and beyond with their customer service. I will refer them to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience!
