If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I called the shop and David was an Outstanding ambassador for your organization. He gave good suggestions when I gave pretty vague and ambiguous instruction, i.e. want it to look rich, easy to care for B2B arrangement. He said he would call me back he wanted to look at the inventory so he could give me what I wanted. He called right back and told me he could take care of my plant requirements and needs. He took my order and I gave him my incorrect credit card information and when I called back in David was busy but a girl asked if she could get the information. I felt like I was a VIP customer. David sent a pic of the plant. The recipient sent a thank you card and said the plant was GORGEOUS!! Thanks for all you do. You will be my go to florist in the St. Charles are.
