The arrangement will be filled to value with premium flowers used based on the price point selected. The arrangement will be primarily the color you selected but will be complimented with various colors based on our skillful designers choice. Please note any flowers or colors you wish NOT to be included in the special notes section.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

David, Jaime and their staff at The Potted Plant go above and beyond with each and every order I place! They put love into all they do and truly care about their customers. David thinks outside the box when it comes to funeral arrangements by making them personal to the individual. When it comes to weddings; Amazing!!! David and his staff took a no-frills, plain venue (our son's wedding) and made it look like a five-star hotel venue, absolutely stunning! I highly recommend The Potted Plant for all your floral needs.

Thank you for being so easy to work with from out of state. The person I spoke to on the phone was very patient, kind, and helpful. I kept getting interrupted at work and had to call back several times to complete my order. Through all that, she never got frustrated and was so understanding. The flower arrangement is absolutely gorgeous and delivered on time for my daughter-in-laws ribbon cutting. She was so pleased! Thank you so much for everything. I’d definitely use and recommend you.
