1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower delivery per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, 5 days in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to subscription, including pausing, cancellation, name or delivery address change you must call our shop directly; 5 days before schedule delivery or charges will apply. 4. Delivery: We deliver flowers per the subscription schedule selected. We will adjust days if they fall on holiday or a day that we are closed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 5. Weather: We will call the recipient to confirm prior to delivery as we do not leave flowers outside in extreme weather conditions.
